We noticed our shitzu/lhasa-apso mix dog had developed tumors on her abdomen, and I called Cypress Creek Animal Hospital the very next morning, and they said to bring her right in. In less than an hour Dr. Bailey called to say she was going to take Ming into emergency surgery. By 11am she was in recovery and doing well. She was ready to be picked up at 4:30! I thanked them profusely and I'm still thanking them for treating our dog so well and so quickly.

Everyone here is friendly. No questions is too much. They really do go over and beyond. They treat your pets like family. They explain everything they even give the animals report cards which I love because sometimes I am like what did they say I need to do again lol
